Electoral Roll Revision
Every year we revise the Church Electoral Roll (ER) in preparation for the APCM (Church Annual Meeting). Only persons on the Electoral Roll are entitled to attend and participate in the APCM. You also need to be on the ER to stand for election as a Churchwarden, and you need to have been on the Electoral Roll for a least six months before you can stand for election to the PCC (Parochial Church Council) or Deanery Synod.
If you consider yourself a member of St. Gabriel’s, but are not currently on the church ER, please complete the nomination form below and return it to the Electoral Roll Officer Steve Pendlebury, either by emailing the form to pccsecretary@saintgs.co.uk or handing it in to Steve at church by Sunday 19th April 2026 at the latest.

2 Churchwardens for 1 year, 3 PCC members for 3 years, and 2 Deanery Synod Reps for 3 years

Churchwardens, Deanery Synod Reps., and PCC members all sit on the PCC, and as St. Gabriel’s is a Registered Charity, PCC members are Charity Trustees and have also to be eligible to be Trustees in the eyes of the Charity Commission & HMRC. By completing a nomination form you are saying that you are able to sign the “Trustee Eligibility & FPP Declaration Form” (copy below). Completed nomination forms should be handed to or emailed to Pete Gaunt (pete@saintgs.co.uk) before the APCM.
