Sundays
9am Service
Our 9am service is a quieter and more traditional gathering, centred around Holy Communion, Bible readings, prayer and hymns.
It’s a peaceful and reflective way to begin your Sunday, with space to worship, hear from Scripture and share Communion together.
The service has a more traditional feel than our 10:30am gathering and is particularly suited to those who appreciate a quieter style of worship. Everyone is very welcome to join us.
10:30am Service
Our 10:30am service is a relaxed and informal gathering for all ages, with a mix of worship, prayer, Bible teaching, Prayer Ministry and time together as a church family.
Most weeks, children & youth head out to their own groups where they can have fun, build friendships and learn more about Jesus together. Once a month, we all stay together for an all-age service, with worship and teaching designed to help every generation take part.
The service is held in church and on Zoom, so whether you’re joining us in person or from home, you’re very welcome.
Children
At our 10:30am service, we have children’s groups for ages 3–11, led by trained, DBS-checked volunteers. For children aged 0–3, there is a crèche room upstairs where parents can stay with their children, with seating, toys and an audio link to the service.
About once a month we have an all-age service, when children and adults stay together for the whole service as we worship, learn and grow in faith together.
However you join us, we want St G’s to be a place where children know they are loved, valued and an important part of the church.
Youth
At our 10:30am service, on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month, we meet for a chilled mix of breakfast, hot chocolate and games — a relaxed space to catch up, have fun and spend time together.
On the 2nd Sunday of the month we encourage our young people to get involved and serve during the service. On the 4th Sunday, the whole Church comes together for an all-age service.
