The Course

Connect & Eat

Each session you’ll have the opportunity to meet other people with questions just like yours and eat lovely food together

Watch

You’ll then watch a 25 minute film together that’s designed to inspire questions

Discuss

At the end of each session there’s an open discussion where you can share your thoughts in small groups. Your group will have 2 hosts that will great you each week and help facilitate your discussions
